Our Team

Our team of multi-cultural and internationally trained lawyers in London has a deep understanding of conducting business in Africa, bringing real value to private and public sector entities, government and non-government organisations and companies seeking legal support for their investments and projects across the continent. Our London team has a solid network of relationships and expertise in structuring and negotiating financing transactions, acquisitions and disposals, investment projects, commercial, real estate, restructurings and other transaction types focused on the continent.

The team benefits from Asafo & Co.’s geographic coverage, which allows it to carry out effectively high added value work that requires teams on the ground in Africa.

In addition to the lawyers at Asafo & Co. London, other lawyers elsewhere at Asafo & Co. bring significant English law capabilities and expertise. We also have the capability to assist clients in other jurisdictions through our extensive referral network of top-tier African firms.
